How do I know if my home is pre-wired?
A pre-wired home will have wires ran in the walls throughout the house.  This is done before the construction of the home is complete.  You will see a small circular hole cut out, a wire or small device where the door or window meets the frame.

All technicians have both hardwired and wireless equipment in the vehicle at all times.  If you believe your home is pre-wired and it happens to not be usable or is not existent the wireless equipment may be used. The technician will evaluate your home and discuss everything with you before the installation begins. Your technician will have a catalog with a list of the equipment that is available.  If you need to add any additional equipment for your home you can do that at the time of installation.  The technician will show you where we will put the free equipment and will recommend any additional options that may be necessary to protect your home.

  Basic Monitoring: $33.99 per month
The Basic Package will provide peace of mind through the use of a standard landline telephone. The landline telephone will transmit signals directly to ADT in the event of an emergency. This system is reliable, affordable, and easy to use for both children and adults. By adding a keychain remote panic the monthly is $2 additional per month. 

  Premium Monitoring: $40.99 per month
Includes features of basic monitoring with Two-Way Voice.  Two-Way Voice is a convenient, hands free feature that allows you to communicate directly with an ADT monitoring center dispatcher from almost anywhere in your home. The control panel acts as an intercom, allowing the dispatcher to verify an emergency in your home, even if you're injured and can't get to the control panel. The microphone in your control panel can detect a normal talking voice up to 75 feet away, Wireless keychain remote included in the monthly rate.

  CellGuard® Monitoring: $44.99 per month
Includes features of basic monitoring with Cellgaurd. CellGuard® is a digital cellular back-up technology that enables your home security system to communicate with ADT's monitoring centers.This option is best for customers who do not have a landline phone.  This package comes with a free keychain remote panic button. The monitoring fee for the panic button is included in this package at no additional cost.
